Our team is led by Rachel Showers, medical director, board-certified nurse practitioner, and certified aesthetic injector, alongside Nicolle—a U.S. Army veteran and registered nurse whose passion for beauty runs deep, inspired by her mother and grandmother, both licensed estheticians. Your Glow Cove is more than a med spa; it’s a generational vision brought to life.
We specialize in non-invasive, results-driven treatments using industry-leading technology, including the Candela Nordlys Laser system and Matrix Pro RF Microneedling. These advanced devices allow us to treat a wide range of concerns—from sun damage, pigmentation, and vascular lesions to acne scars, fine lines, and skin laxity—using IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), non-ablative fractional laser, and dual-wavelength laser platforms.

Meet Rachel Showers
Medical Director
Rachel brings over 16 years of experience in hospital medicine, paired with a lifelong appreciation for beauty and skin health. She blends clinical precision with an artistic eye to deliver refined, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
Her journey into medical aesthetics began in 2021, driven by a passion for helping women feel confident, empowered, and radiant in their own skin. Since then, Rachel has pursued extensive hands-on training and advanced education to continuously refine both her technical skill and aesthetic approach.
She has completed comprehensive aesthetic training through AMET, along with advanced private trainings through AAFE, and has participated in numerous advanced injector courses with MERZ and Galderma. Her expertise focuses on full-face rejuvenation using neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, and biostimulatory treatments. She further elevated her technique through an intensive 1:1 Lip Mastery training with Julie Horne, specializing in natural, balanced lip enhancement.
In addition to injectables, Rachel is trained in laser hair removal, IPL, RF skin resurfacing, and RF/PEMF skin tightening technologies, allowing her to offer a comprehensive, results-driven approach to aesthetic care.
Her philosophy centers on safety, artistry, and facial harmony—prioritizing natural, refreshed results that enhance rather than alter. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to help each patient look and feel like the most confident version of themselves.
