I. PURPOSE
To inform patients of their rights and responsibilities while receiving care and services at Your Glow Cove Med Spa, in accordance with applicable New York State public health standards and professional practice guidelines.
II. PATIENT RIGHTS
As a patient, you have the right to:

As a patient, you are responsible for:

Adhering to recommended care plans
3. Communication

Treating staff and the facility with respect
Maintaining appropriate conduct during visits
5. Financial Responsibility
Paying for services as agreed
Understanding pricing and policies prior to treatment
6. Appointment Compliance
Arriving on time for appointments
Providing appropriate notice for cancellations or rescheduling
7. Personal Accountability
Understanding that results may vary
Following realistic expectations for aesthetic outcomes
